chest circumference
Run the tape measure horizontally under your armpits and across the fullest part of your chest.
waist size
Measure your waist at the height of your natural waist, i.e. between the highest point of your hip bone and the lowest rib cage.
hip circumference
Put the measuring tape around your hips and measure the circumference at the widest part of your buttocks.
