“Pfanni Teig für Klöße – Dough for Potato Dumpling” from cooked potatoes. That is the unmistakable taste of potatoes, which you can prepare in all variations. Also as Schupfnudeln or sweet dumplings with fruit filling. Guten Appetit!
Preparation:
1. Stir the package contents with a whisk in 750 ml of cold water and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
2. Form 12 dumplings with moistened hands.
3. Put the dumplings in plenty of boiling, salted water and let them boil briefly. Then let it steep for 20 minutes over low heat (but don’t cook anymore!).
Content is sufficient for 12 dumplings.
Store cool and dry.
