Basic preparation:
Put the baking mix, 1 egg yolk and 160 g margarine or 1 egg and 160 g butter in a bowl and work into a smooth dough using a mixer (dough hook) and continue according to the recipe.
Preparation for cookies:
Prepare dough according to instructions and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out cookies. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Preparation of fruit tart base:
Prepare dough according to instructions and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Line a greased and floured fruit cake tin (Ø 26 cm), prick the dough several times with a fork and bake for 15-20 minutes.
