Looking to make the perfect cheesecake? Well you’re in luck! With Dr. Oetker’s Cheesecake Aid, making a great cheesecake has never been easier!
To make, mix 3 1/4 cups of cream cheese with 1/2 cup of sugar, 4 egg yolks until smooth. Beat 4 egg whites until firm and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Add one bag of the Cheesecake Aid and 1 cup of milk. Mix again until combined. Transfer into baking pan with graham cracker crust and bake for 350F on the middle rack for about 1 hour. Let it cool then enjoy!
