- We ship heat-sensitive products (sausages, breads, chocolates) all year round. During warm temperature months – between May and September – we will wrap perishables in cool shield foil with and ice packs and add an automatic shipping surcharge of $2.00 for the extra packaging during these months. The cool shield will protect the product for 1-2 days in most cases, but we highly recommend that you choose Next Day, 2nd Day am or 3rd Day delivery options, if you want reduce the risk of damage to heat-sensitive products. We will not provide guarantees or refunds.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot control it completely due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
The period of time is 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
