PISCHINGER WAFER CAKE IN 20 MIN
Take:
125 g icing sugar
125 g butter
125 g dissolved dark chocolate
10 Pischinger wafer leaves or 5 Pischinger wafers
Stir icing sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add the dissolved chocolate and whip until creamy. Spread cream between the wafers, weigh down the cake and refrigerate. Brush with the remaining cream or with Cover chocolate glaze.
Garnish as desired, e.g., with cocoa powder, brittle, or with chocolate beans. Cut cooled with a saw knife.
