Then as now, only the best fruits, without preservatives whatsoever, are gently warmed through and stirred. This way the natural fruit flavor is retained. Fruits, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, and the gelling agent pectin are the only ingredients used to make all D’arbo preserves. No artificial colorings or preservatives are ever used.
